College Authority

In addition to its authority over student behavior on campus, the College reserves the right to investigate, and to subsequently take College action for the behavior of, Doral College students in off-campus situations when such behavior is believed to have an impact on the surrounding community or the College, or which may reflect on the fitness of the student for continued enrollment. Examples of such behavior include, but are not limited to, all forms of harassment, assault, disorderly and disruptive behavior, and damage to persons or property. The decision to take action in such cases will be determined by the President of Doral College, or his or her designee.
